Introduction
In the experience of the Travel Agency Commissioners, the biggest single source of travel agent requests for TAC assistance relates to Agency Debit Memos.
As the IATA Passenger Agency Conference resolutions stand, it is not within the remit of the Travel Agency Commissioners to review causes or merits of individual ADM disputes.
